EMFT 12-240V AC/DC Multi Function Timer
The EMFT Multifunction Time Relay is a versatile, DIN rail-mounted timer designed for industrial and commercial control applications including lighting, heating, motors, pumps, and fans. Featuring 10 selectable timing functions and 10 time ranges spanning 0.1 seconds to 10 days, it accepts a wide supply voltage of AC/DC 12–240 V (50/60 Hz) — making it suitable for virtually any installation worldwide. Function and time-range selection is handled via intuitive rotary switches, and relay status is instantly visible via front-panel LED indicators. Available with either a single or dual relay output (1× or 2× SPDT, 16 A / 250 VAC), the EMFT provides a compact, reliable solution for demanding switching and sequencing tasks.

Operation and Safety Information

The EMFT relay must be mounted on a standard DIN rail (EN/IEC 60715) inside a suitable enclosure before connection to the supply. All wiring must be carried out by a qualified electrician with the supply isolated. Use solid wire up to 2.5 mm² or stranded wire up to 1.5 mm² (with ferrule); tighten terminals to 0.4 Nm. The device is rated IP40 at the front panel and IP20 at the terminals — protect accordingly. Set the desired function using the lower rotary switch (A–J) and the time range using the upper rotary switch before applying power; do not adjust settings under load. The green LED confirms supply presence; the red LED confirms relay output state. Operating temperature is −20 °C to +55 °C. Do not exceed the rated switching voltage (250 VAC / 24 VDC) or current (16 A, AC1). The unit meets EN 61812-1 and IEC 60947-5-1.
