Deligo offer a wide range of flexible conduit and accessories, and this includes our range of steel conduit products. While PP (polypropylene) or PVC (polyvinyl chloride) conduit have their advantages, there are various reasons you might find that steel conduit is right for the job. When is steel conduit better than plastic conduit?

Our galvanised steel conduit has an incredibly broad temperature resistance, ranging from -50°C to 200°C, making them ideal for use in extreme environments and applications where high temperates are expected. Although our PP conduit range is suitable for use in temperatures ranging from -25°C to 60°C, the steel conduit lifts the trophy for overall resistance to high and low extremes.

Our steel range also includes black PVC coated conduit which improves the ingress protection rating from IP40 to IP54; the highest in the flexible conduit range! This helps to prevent damage caused by water and dirt entering the piping.

And there's no need to worry about compromising on flexibility and strength when you use steel conduit - Deligo's range are up to the test in both static and dynamic applications.

What types of steel conduit do Deligo offer?

Our PVC coated steel conduit offers the most variety in sizes, with diameters ranging from 20mm to 50mm in 10m, 25m and 50m lengths. The plain steel conduit is also available in 20mm and 25mm diameters, also in 10m, 25m and 50m lengths.

We also stock contractor packs, making ordering and stocking large quantities of conduit and adaptors simpler! Each contractor pack includes 10m of PVC coated steel conduit and 10 x swivel adaptors in either 20mm or 25mm diameters.

And what about metal adaptors?

Deligo stock a range of swivel and fixed adaptors made from nickel plated brass. Both types are available as standard (20mm and 25mm sizes) and as heavy-duty pattern in sizes ranging from 20mm to 50mm. With products available for either economic or durable priorities, our extensive range has the right choice for any application!
